VIBA-Proofflex – Premium Steel Waterstop 150 mm with Double-Sided Bonding Coating

Double-sided, fully coated, pressure-resistant waterstop element for construction joint sealing. The pressure-sensitive fresh concrete bonding coating with an enlarged surface area creates an exceptionally strong bond with the concrete and remains permanently active throughout the service life. A bentonite sealing strip is integrated at the joint overlap. Applications: VIBA-Proofflex Premium is designed for the internal sealing of construction joints (maximum joint opening up to 0.25 mm) and controlled crack joints (maximum joint opening up to 1.0 mm) in concrete structures with high resistance to water penetration against: Ground moisture and non-pressurized water Pressurized water Areas with fluctuating water levels. The sealing system complies with the requirements of Utilization Class A for Exposure Classes 1 and 2 in accordance with the German WU Guideline for Waterproof Concrete Structures.

Applications VIBA-Proofflex Premium is designed for the internal sealing of construction joints (maximum joint opening up to 0.25 mm) and controlled crack joints (maximum joint opening up to 1.0 mm) in reinforced concrete structures with high resistance to water penetration against: Ground moisture and non-pressurized water Pressurized water Areas subject to alternating water levels The sealing system complies with the requirements of Utilization Class A for Exposure Classes 1 and 2 in accordance with the German WU Guideline (Water-Impermeable Concrete Structures).
