VIBA Sinterflex waterstop sheet
Our VIBA Sinterflex waterstop sheet is coated on both sides with a patented “active” special coating. This coating is non-sticky and does not require any protective film to be removed before concreting. The coating bonds with the concrete through a natural reaction with the surrounding concrete, thereby actively sealing the joint to be waterproofed. The joint is actively sintered by the special coating and therefore becomes increasingly dense over time. This process is referred to as active sintering or active mineralizing deep sealing. The unique bond between the active VIBA Sinterflex special coating and fresh concrete reliably prevents water from migrating around the VIBA Sinterflex waterstop system. For secure sealing, a concrete embedment of only 3 cm is sufficient. VIBA Sinterflex is water-reactive and therefore actively seals construction joints and designed crack joints through a natural concrete-technology process. Water pressures up to and including 5 bar = 50 m water column can be safely sealed.

Unser VIBA-Sinterflex Fugenblech ist beidseitig mit einer patentierten „aktiven“ Spezialbeschichtung versehen. Diese ist nicht klebrig und hat keine Schutzfolie, die vor dem Betonieren entfernt werden muss. Die Beschichtung verbindet sich mit dem Beton durch eine natürliche Reaktion mit dem Umgebungsbeton und dichtet somit aktiv die abzudichtende Fuge ab. Um sicher abzudichten genügt eine Betoneinbindung von nur 3 cm. Das VIBA-Sinterflex ist wasserreaktiv und dichtet somit Arbeits- und Sollrissfugen aktiv durch einen natürlichen betontechnlogischen Prozess ab. Wasserdrücke bis einschließlich 5 bar = 50 m WS können sicher abgedichtet werden!

Biological architectural concrete release agent Ricon (Art. No.: 52W3) is an environmentally friendly release agent emulsion based on renewable raw materials. It has been specially developed for producing high-quality architectural concrete surfaces in precast and in-situ concrete construction. After application, the emulsion forms a milky white film, which disappears after the water component has flashed off. Once this evaporation process is complete, concreting can begin. Liquid Formwork Release Agent Cire E-31 – for Architectural Concrete (WGK 3) Cire E-31 is a formwork release agent for the production of high-quality architectural concrete in precast concrete manufacturing. It is suitable for concrete made with white or grey cement, as well as coloured concrete, and is specifically designed to achieve premium exposed concrete finishes. The precast elements can subsequently be left untreated or subjected to further surface treatments such as sandblasting, polishing, grinding, or bush hammering. After drying, Cire E-31 forms a thin wax film on the formwork surface, enabling easy demoulding while producing a smooth, pore-free concrete surface with a uniform and attractive colour. Excellent results are also achieved on timber formwork and board formwork.
