Die ZBV 500-S ist eine höhen- und schrägverstellbare Baustellen-Tischkreissäge mit 500 mm großem Sägeblatt. Mit der ZBV 500-S werden auch Schrägschnitte mit hoher Schnitthöhe auf der Baustelle möglich.
Vor allem das immer mehr verwendete Dämmmaterial kann so optimal in Verbindung mit dem Spezial-Kreissägeblatt bearbeitet werden.

Bauschutzmatte Gummigranulat
Unsere Bauschutzmatte ist eine Gummimatte, welche in Rollen geliefert und zur Ausführung von schwimmenden Estrichen verwendet wird. Die Verwendung von hoch elastischen Polymerbindemitteln und der spezifischen Auflagefläche ermöglichen eine erstklassige und langfristig garantierte Dämmung von Trittschall. Die Matte wird aus Gummigranulat von recycelten Autoreifen und einer auf edlen Polymeren basierenden Bindematrix hergestellt. Die Matte wird mit der glatten Seite nach oben und der rauhen Seite nach unten verlegt.
Verarbeitung:
Den zu dämmenden Unterboden reinigen und eventuelle Unebenheiten beseitigen.
Die Bauschutzmatte Gummigranulat mit der glatten Seite nach oben ausrollen.
Die Fugen stumpf stoßen und mit einem Klebeband verkleben.
