VIBA - Saubär is an environmentally friendly release agent emulsion based on renewable raw materials. It has been specially developed for producing high-quality exposed concrete surfaces in both precast and cast-in-place concrete construction. The special formulation ensures very bright, high-quality concrete surfaces. Application VIBA - Saubär is applied evenly, thinly and sparingly using a standard commercially available spray device. Puddles and accumulations of material should be avoided, as these can lead to a reduction in the quality of the concrete surface, particularly in recesses and along edges. After application, the emulsion forms a milky-white film, which disappears once the water component has evaporated. Concreting can then begin.
