It is suitable for concrete made with white or grey cement, as well as coloured concrete, and is specifically designed to achieve premium exposed concrete finishes. The precast elements can subsequently be left untreated or subjected to further surface treatments such as sandblasting, polishing, grinding, or bush hammering. After drying, Cire E-31 forms a thin wax film on the formwork surface, enabling easy demoulding while producing a smooth, pore-free concrete surface with a uniform and attractive colour. Excellent results are also achieved on timber formwork and board formwork.
