Description

VIBA - Saubär is an environmentally friendly release agent emulsion based on renewable raw materials. It has been specially developed for producing high-quality exposed concrete surfaces in both precast and cast-in-place concrete construction. The special formulation ensures very bright, high-quality concrete surfaces.

Application

VIBA - Saubär is applied evenly, thinly and sparingly using a standard commercially available spray device.

Puddles and accumulations of material should be avoided, as these can lead to a reduction in the quality of the concrete surface, particularly in recesses and along edges. After application, the emulsion forms a milky-white film, which disappears once the water component has evaporated. Concreting can then begin. The evaporation time depends on weather conditions (approx. 10–30 minutes at 20 °C and 60% relative humidity).

Exposed concrete plugs for pressure cone

The high-quality exposed concrete cones are bonded, with contact adhesive X1, in the remaining opening after removing the pressure cones. Apply the contact adhesive on the backside to obtain a clean visible area.

Pressure cone standard (PVC-free)

The pressure cones are attached to the spacer tube. After concreting, the pressure cones are removed from the concrete and can be reused.
