Exposed conrete release agent VIBA-Saubär BIO
VIBA - Saubär is an environmentally friendly release agent emulsion based on renewable raw materials. It has been specially developed for producing high-quality exposed concrete surfaces in both precast and cast-in-place concrete construction. The special formulation ensures very bright, high-quality concrete surfaces.
Application
VIBA - Saubär is applied evenly, thinly and sparingly using a standard commercially available spray device.
Puddles and accumulations of material should be avoided, as these can lead to a reduction in the quality of the concrete surface, particularly in recesses and along edges. After application, the emulsion forms a milky-white film, which disappears once the water component has evaporated. Concreting can then begin. The evaporation time depends on weather conditions (approx. 10–30 minutes at 20 °C and 60% relative humidity).

Cire E-31 – Liquid Formwork Release Wax for Exposed Concrete
Liquid Formwork Release Agent Cire E-31 – for Architectural Concrete (WGK 3)
Cire E-31 is a formwork release agent for the production of high-quality architectural concrete in precast concrete manufacturing. It is suitable for concrete made with white or grey cement, as well as coloured concrete, and is specifically designed to achieve premium exposed concrete finishes. The precast elements can subsequently be left untreated or subjected to further surface treatments such as sandblasting, polishing, grinding, or bush hammering. After drying, Cire E-31 forms a thin wax film on the formwork surface, enabling easy demoulding while producing a smooth, pore-free concrete surface with a uniform and attractive colour. Excellent results are also achieved on timber formwork and board formwork.

VIBA-Trenn Bio Schalöl FU ist ein auf pflanzlicher Basis und synthetischen Ester-Komponenten aus Pflanzenölen hergestelltes Betontrennmittel, das sowohl für saugende als auch für nichtsaugende Schalungen, z.B. aus Holz, Kunststoff, Stahl sowie zur Beton/Beton-Trennung in der Betonstein- und Fertigteilindustrie bestens geeignet ist.
