The FLOWSTOP high-pressure swelling tapes are easy, quick and inexpensive to install and are reliable and permanently sealed, even with high water pressure! In comparison to other sealing products no additional upstand is necessary.

Bentonit Quellband "Long Time" folienbeschichtet

Das Bentonit Quellband "Long Time" folienbeschichtet. Abmessung 20 x 5 mm, schwarz, auf 5 Bar geprüft. Durch das Aufquellen und den beim Quellvorgang entstehenden Quelldruck wird ein Eindringen des Wassers verhindert. Das Bentonitquellband ist eine in Wasser quellfähige Dichtung. Es besteht aus fein vermahlenem, hochquellfähigem Tonmineral (Natrium-Bentonit), eingebettet, als Bindemittel, in eine Matrix aus nicht vulkanisiertem Kautschuk. Zur besseren Witterungsbeständigkeit ist es mit einer sich im Beton selbstauflösenden Folie umhüllt. Achtung! Quellband nicht direkt nageln, nicht kleben - Befestigung nur mit Gitter! VIBA Sinterflex waterstop sheet

Our VIBA Sinterflex waterstop sheet is coated on both sides with a patented “active” special coating. This coating is non-sticky and does not require any protective film to be removed before concreting. The coating bonds with the concrete through a natural reaction with the surrounding concrete, thereby actively sealing the joint to be waterproofed. The joint is actively sintered by the special coating and therefore becomes increasingly dense over time. This process is referred to as active sintering or active mineralizing deep sealing. The unique bond between the active VIBA Sinterflex special coating and fresh concrete reliably prevents water from migrating around the VIBA Sinterflex waterstop system. For secure sealing, a concrete embedment of only 3 cm is sufficient. VIBA Sinterflex is water-reactive and therefore actively seals construction joints and designed crack joints through a natural concrete-technology process. Water pressures up to and including 5 bar = 50 m water column can be safely sealed.

Contact adhesive CEM 805 for swelling waterstop and joint sealing strip

CEM805 is a one-component, neutral-odor sealing and bonding compound based on MS hybrid polymer technology. It is solvent-free, silicone-free and isocyanate-free, cures neutrally, is paint-compatible, weather-resistant and offers good chemical resistance. Applications:Contact adhesive CEM805 is used as a system sealant and installation adhesive for hydrophilic waterstops, joint sealing sheets and concrete plugs.
