Description

Shuttering element for joint seal sheet (VIBAFlex, VIBA Sinterflex, etc.), suitable for construction joints in walls in accordance with DIN EN 1992-1-1/NA.

The sealing is made by the waterstop seal sheet. The formwork consists of a stable, fine-meshed expanded metal, which, in the keyed version, is profiled in accordance with DIN EN 1992-1-1/NA. The elements feature a slot for accommodating the waterstop sheet to be installed on site.

Exposed conrete release agent VIBA-Saubär BIO

VIBA - Saubär is an environmentally friendly release agent emulsion based on renewable raw materials. It has been specially developed for producing high-quality exposed concrete surfaces in both precast and cast-in-place concrete construction. The special formulation ensures very bright, high-quality concrete surfaces. Application VIBA - Saubär is applied evenly, thinly and sparingly using a standard commercially available spray device. Puddles and accumulations of material should be avoided, as these can lead to a reduction in the quality of the concrete surface, particularly in recesses and along edges. After application, the emulsion forms a milky-white film, which disappears once the water component has evaporated. Concreting can then begin. The evaporation time depends on weather conditions (approx. 10–30 minutes at 20 °C and 60% relative humidity). Solvent-Free Universal Release Agent A solvent-free universal release agent suitable for all common types of formwork used in building construction, civil engineering, and precast concrete plants. • Biodegradable formwork release oil with 99.7% biodegradability within 5–6 days, tested according to OECD 301 C/F • Consumption: approx. 30–35 g/m², depending on the type of formwork • Frost-resistant • When used correctly, it does not adversely affect the subsequent treatment of the concrete surface, such as plastering, tiling, wallpapering, or painting.

VIBA-Proofflex – Premium Waterstop Strip F 150 mm with Mounting Flange

Double-sided fully coated, pressure-resistant waterstop element for construction joint sealing. The pressure-sensitive, fresh-concrete bonding coating with an enlarged surface area forms an exceptionally strong bond with the concrete and remains permanently active. A bentonite sealing strip is integrated at the overlap joint.
