Description

Shuttering element for joint seal sheet (VIBAFlex, VIBA Sinterflex, etc.), suitable for construction joints in walls in accordance with DIN EN 1992-1-1/NA.

The sealing is made by the waterstop seal sheet. The formwork consists of a stable, fine-meshed expanded metal, which, in the keyed version, is profiled in accordance with DIN EN 1992-1-1/NA. The elements feature a slot for accommodating the waterstop sheet to be installed on site.

VIBA - Saubär is an environmentally friendly release agent emulsion based on renewable raw materials. It has been specially developed for producing high-quality exposed concrete surfaces in both precast and cast-in-place concrete construction. The special formulation ensures very bright, high-quality concrete surfaces. Application VIBA - Saubär is applied evenly, thinly and sparingly using a standard commercially available spray device. Puddles and accumulations of material should be avoided, as these can lead to a reduction in the quality of the concrete surface, particularly in recesses and along edges. After application, the emulsion forms a milky-white film, which disappears once the water component has evaporated. Concreting can then begin. The evaporation time depends on weather conditions (approx. 10–30 minutes at 20 °C and 60% relative humidity). Unsere Bauschutzmatte ist eine Gummimatte, welche in Rollen geliefert und zur Ausführung von schwimmenden Estrichen verwendet wird. Die Verwendung von hoch elastischen Polymerbindemitteln und der spezifischen Auflagefläche ermöglichen eine erstklassige und langfristig garantierte Dämmung von Trittschall. Die Matte wird aus Gummigranulat von recycelten Autoreifen und einer auf edlen Polymeren basierenden Bindematrix hergestellt. Die Matte wird mit der glatten Seite nach oben und der rauhen Seite nach unten verlegt. Verarbeitung: Den zu dämmenden Unterboden reinigen und eventuelle Unebenheiten beseitigen. Die Bauschutzmatte Gummigranulat mit der glatten Seite nach oben ausrollen. Die Fugen stumpf stoßen und mit einem Klebeband verkleben.
