VIBA-Trenn RAPID – Concrete Release Agent

VIBA-Trenn RAPID contains special naphthenic base oils and carefully selected active agents to meet a wide range of application requirements. Particular emphasis has been placed on ease of use and proven performance under practical jobsite conditions. Coverage: 1 litre covers approximately 60–70 m², depending on the application method and the type of formwork. The release agent forms a high-pressure-resistant, stable release film that effectively prevents build-up, even in hard-to-reach areas. It ensures easy and fast stripping (demoulding) while protecting both the concrete surface and the formwork. RAPID Release Agent is formulated with anti-corrosion properties and is non-aggressive towards paint, plastics, and metals. The product does not resinify or gum up, ensuring consistent performance throughout its service life.

Solvent-Free Universal Release Agent A solvent-free universal release agent suitable for all common types of formwork used in building construction, civil engineering, and precast concrete plants. • Biodegradable formwork release oil with 99.7% biodegradability within 5–6 days, tested according to OECD 301 C/F • Consumption: approx. 30–35 g/m², depending on the type of formwork • Frost-resistant • When used correctly, it does not adversely affect the subsequent treatment of the concrete surface, such as plastering, tiling, wallpapering, or painting.
