PE-Rundschnur 20 mm

Die Dehnfugenausbildung im Hochbau muss nach der DIN 18 540 durchgeführt werden. PE-Rundschnur entspricht dieser DIN. Als Vorfüller muss das Produkt die Eigenschaft besitzen, eine Dreiflankenhaftung zu vermeiden, den Dichtstoff nicht zu beeinträchtigen und kein Wasser aufzunehmen. Bei der Einbringung der Profile in die Fugenausbildung muss darauf geachtet werden, dass die PE-Rundschnur um ca. 25% komprimiert ist und dass das Produkt nicht mit einem scharfen Gegenstand in die Fuge eingedrückt wird, da sonst die Aussenhaut auf der Oberfläche verletzt wird. Einmal in die Fuge eingebracht bildet die PE-Rundschnur eine Hohlform, so dass die Entsprechende Versiegelung leicht angebracht werden kann. Material: geschäumtes Polyethylen, Rohdichte 20-35 kg pro m3. Wasseraufnahme: unerheblich nach 4 Wochen Wasserlagerung. Temperaturbeständig von - 40°C bis + 60°C.
