WATERFIX wurde entwickelt, um Durchbrüche im Hoch- und Tiefbau dauerhaft, zuverlässig und einfach abzudichten. Bis 1 Bar wasser- und gasdicht! Es ersetzt herkömmliche Dichtsysteme wie z.B. RDS Rohr- und Kabeldurchführungssysteme, Muffen-/ Manschettenlösungen und Quetschdichtungen.

WATERFIX ist geeignet für jegliche Art der Durchführung bei Wänden, Schächten, Fassaden oder im Dachbereich. Auch Fenster- und Türelemente können damit druckwasser- und gasdicht eingebaut werden. Der Spezialschaum kommt überall dort zum Einsatz, wo herkömmliche Systeme auf Grund von Form, Größe und Durchführungskonstellation nicht angewendet werden können. EINSATZBEREICHE DAS PRODUKT Spezialschaum wird in Weißblechdosen zu 400 ml Inhalt geliefert (15 Dosen pro Karton).

Die Volumenausbeute einer Dose kann bis zu 7.000 ml betragen. Der aufgebrachte Schaum ist nach etwa 5 Minuten klebefrei, nach etwa 10 Minuten schneidbar und nach 20 Minuten ausgehärtet (jeweils bezogen auf einen 20 mm Strang). Die Temperaturbeständigkeit des aufgebrachten Schaumes liegt zwischen -30 °C und +80 °C. Die Dosen werden mit zwei dynamischen Mischdüsen, welche auch separat erhältlich sind, ausgeliefert. Zusätzlich ist ein Primer erhältlich, um bei Produkten aus Polyethylen (PE) und Polypropylen (PP) die Haftung zu erhöhen (siehe Punkt Anwendung).

VORBEREITUNG: Die Haftflächen müssen trocken, fest, staub- und fettfrei sein. Bei PE- und PP-Rohren bzw. Kabeln sollten Sie einen geeigneten Tiefenprimer (PRIMER P 40) verwenden, um die Haft eigenschaften zu verbessern. Lassen Sie diesen gut abtrocknen, bevor Sie den Spezialschaum anwenden. WATERFIX haftet nicht auf Trennmitteln wie Silikonen, Ölen und Fetten. Die Verarbeitungstemperatur (Dose und Untergrund) soll zwischen +10 °C und +30 °C betragen.
