KG-tube implementation
MPA geprüft! Die KG-Rohrdurchführungen werden in den Durchmessern DN 100 bis DN 200 gefertigt. Alle gängigen Wandstärken von 200 bis 400 mm sind einbaufertig als Doppelmuffenrohr sofort aus Lagervorrat lieferbar. Die Rohrdurchführung ist werkseitig mittig mit einem Mauerkragen versehen, der verhindert, dass Feuchtigkeit ins Bauwerk eindringen kann. Die Rohrdurchführungen eignen sich für den Beton- und Mauerwerksbau. Die druckwasserdichten Hauseinführungen haben eine hohe Witterungs- und Ozonbeständigkeit, sowie eine gute Säure- und Laugenbeständigkeit. Sie können in Bereichen von -30°C bis +100° C eingesetzt werden. Lieferung:Die KG-Rohrdurchführung wird auf Wandstärke gefertigt geliefert.Pro Rohrdurchführung sind zwei Dichtungen und zwei Schalungs- bzw. Formwork stripes
The formwork stripes is used to create recesses in base plates and ceiling. The formwork stripes (length: 10m) are perforated in transverse direction each 5 cm. It is possible to creates recesses in different dimensions. As example: 25 / 25 , 20 / 20 or 15 / 15. The profiling allows optimum connection in concrete. Available in all heights from 14 to 36 cm. Installation instruction: 1. Cut the needed length with a cutter from the roll. 2. Fold the formwork stripes in the required size. 3. Connect the overlapped endings with binding wire. 4. Nail the recess quiver sideward through the punch opening.
