Pressure cone standard (PVC-free)

The pressure cones are attached to the spacer tube. After concreting, the pressure cones are removed from the concrete and can be reused.

VIBA - Rebar connection (Double row) type M

Metal box with rough surface.The surface polishing ensures a good connection with concrete and supports the transfer of shear forces. Rebendable structural steel BST550 with Austrian certificate. Double-Wall Spacer Type S

The Type S double wall spacer is an optimized spacer designed for the production of double walls in the precast concrete industry. Type S is a very stable spacer with an internal steel insert available in various diameters. Concrete cover from 15–50 mm can be easily achieved thanks to the stepped design. The spacers are packed in bags as standard for easier handling during production. Upon request, the spacers can also be supplied in cartons or loose in bulk packaging (pallets). Advantages: Very stable spacer with integrated steel insert High dimensional accuracy and precision due to full encapsulation Well suited for waterproof concrete (WU) thanks to three water barriers along the rod Various internal steel diameters available on request for wall thicknesses not listed.
