Release agent for exposed concrete – Ricon emulsion based on plant-based oils
Biological architectural concrete release agent Ricon (Art. No.: 52W3) is an environmentally friendly release agent emulsion based on renewable raw materials. It has been specially developed for producing high-quality architectural concrete surfaces in precast and in-situ concrete construction. The special formulation ensures very light-colored and high-quality concrete surfaces. After application, the emulsion forms a milky white film, which disappears after the water component has flashed off. Once this evaporation process is complete, concreting can begin. Depending on weather conditions, the flashing-off time is approx. 10–30 minutes at 20°C and 60% relative humidity.
