Welcome to our new website including online store!

The new Schalbau Vitzthum website offers a homepage and online store in one. Choose from a wide range of high-quality products and order conveniently online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In order to take advantage of all the benefits of the new website and store in the online store, you need to register. The registration form can be found at the top right by clicking on the “My account” button. If you are already a customer of Schalbau Vitzthum, please use the contact form for existing customers; if you are new to us, please click on “Registration request”. After entering your contact details you will receive your personal access via e-mail. Please note that the online store is only available to companies and not to consumers.

For support, you will receive a brief description of the functions of the Schalbau Vitzthum online store.

Dashboard – Overview

Here you will find up-to-date information about your personal contact person.

Account Dashboard – Personal Data

On this page, you can quickly and easily update your personal details and change your password if necessary.

Account Dashboard – Company Employees

PLEASE NOTE: This function is only available to the administrator of the customer account.

Under the Employees tab, administrative changes can be made within the customer account and for individual users. For example, you can assign permissions or add users within the customer account to groups.

Account Dashboard – Addresses

Here you will find an overview of all your saved delivery addresses as well as your billing address. You can add additional delivery addresses and specify whether the address is a company address or a construction site. You can also define your default delivery address here.

Account Dashboard – Orders

The order overview provides a summary of all orders you have placed. The current status of each order (e.g. processing, completed, etc.) is also displayed. Completed orders can be repeated, allowing you to quickly and easily place the same order again, with changes if required.

Products that you have added to your personal wishlist are displayed here.

Shopping in the Online Shop

Please note that prices are only displayed to customers who are logged in, and only logged-in customers can add products to their shopping cart.

In the navigation menu, you can choose between the different product categories, such as construction supplies, construction equipment, construction machinery, site equipment, formwork systems, basement windows, and accessories. Within each product category, you will find the individual subcategories in the side navigation. A filter function is also available to help you find the products you need.;

Click on a product to view more detailed information, such as available versions, packaging units, dimensions, and your individual price. Logged-in customers also have the advantage of being able to access and download product-specific documents, such as test reports or certificates for individual items. After entering the required quantity and, where applicable, selecting the desired dimensions, you can add the product to your shopping cart. Once you have added all the required items to your shopping cart, simply click the “Complete Order” button. In the next step, you can select your preferred delivery address. You can choose an address that you have previously used and saved or add a new address. You can also optionally enter a non-binding preferred delivery date and an order reference for your internal processing. Please remember to accept our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

After carrying out a final check of your order list, simply click the “Place Order with Obligation to Pay” button. Your order will then be processed by us as quickly as possible. You will subsequently receive an order confirmation by email, which confirms your order and provides information about the actual shipping costs and delivery date.

Quick Order Form

The Quick Order function allows you to compile an order using the quick search. Simply enter the item number, select the product, specify the quantity, and add it. The selected product will then be added directly to your shopping cart. The form can also be saved as a CSV file and uploaded again later using drag and drop.
